Partnership Employer Parity Survey

The survey was designed to better understand corporate benefit design and what kinds of changes employers intended to make to comply with the law.

Innerworkings: A Look at Mental Health in Today's Workplace
The Partnership collaborated in 2007 with Employee Benefit News to access how corporate leaders perceive the impact of mental illness on today's workplace and the types of policies and programs currently in place. The survey results suggests that corporate HR managers recognize the toll mental illness can take on a company.
